Project Overview
The Safe, Swift, and Smart Passage or S-Pass Travel System facilitates domestic travel in the Philippines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The travel system provides individuals with up-to-date information about varying travel policies and requirements in specific local government units. Users can obtain travel coordination permits (TCP) and travel pass-through permits (TPP) from local authorities.

The S-PaSS Travel System quickly gained national recognition. It became a mandated one-stop-shop, streamlining communication and application processes for travelers and Local Government Units (LGUs) across the Philippines.
Travelers easily checked policies, obtained documents online, and received approvals without time-consuming physical visits. Simultaneously, it equipped LGUs with real-time travel data, enhancing their ability to monitor movements and swiftly identify fake documents.
LGUs continue to find S-PaSS an invaluable and effective tool for travel management.
